Pelvic Health

It’s so much more than just kegels!

While strengthening the fourteen (!!) muscles of the pelvic floor is important, it’s only one piece of the complex puzzle. I take a holistic approach to pelvic floor PT by addressing how the pelvic floor functions as a system within the entire body.

I work with you to assess your unique condition and develop a personalized treatment plan that may include internal trigger point release, breathing/postural restoration, strength exercises to restore optimal pelvic function, and extensive patient education.

I strive to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for my patients.
